Details

Aspire Inc. is looking to enhance its operational efficiency by integrating digital tools into its outreach and prospecting processes. we are seeking to work with at least 2 students.


The goal of this project is to analyze and recommend digital tools that can streamline our processes, support their implementation, and improve sales-related financial documentation. Students will have the opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge of digital systems, business operations, and financial analysis to a real-world business development scenario.


The project involves:


Part 1: Digital Tools Analysis & Implementation Support

  • Review a curated list of recommended digital tools for outreach and prospecting
  • Analyze each tool’s strengths, limitations, and fit with our current operations
  • Support testing and implementation of selected tools
  • Provide a summary presentation outlining findings and recommendations for long-term use


Part 2: Cost of Sales Review & Financial Reporting Support


  • Analyze cost of sales from previous projects to identify trends and key insights
  • Support the creation of a simple financial tracking or reporting structure
  • Help improve documentation to support transparency in project costs and revenue
  • Provide a summary presentation highlighting findings and recommendations for improved financial documentation


Deliverables


Part A Deliverable:

A summary presentation outlining the analysis of recommended digital tools, support provided during testing, and recommendations for outreach implementation.


Part B Deliverable:

A summary presentation highlighting cost of sales insights from past projects and recommendations to improve financial tracking and documentation.
