Details

Islamic Books and Souvenirs is seeking to enhance its online presence and operational efficiency through the development of small-scale automations as well working on maintaining its website. The primary goal is to streamline business processes and improve customer engagement. This project includes but not limited to creating automated solutions for email marketing, inventory management, and customer review integration. By automating email marketing, the company aims to maintain regular communication with customers, promoting new products and offers. An automated inventory management system will ensure timely notifications when stock levels are low, preventing potential sales losses. Additionally, integrating Google reviews and creating a dedicated page for customer reviews will enhance the website's credibility and customer trust. These automations will be developed using various platforms and technologies, providing learners with an opportunity to apply their classroom knowledge in practical scenarios.

Deliverables

The project deliverables can include the development and implementation of the following automations:

- An efficient system where products can be easily added with the appropriate data it requires.

- An inventory management system that automatically syncs and updates with the original POS.

- Integration of well updated products where it includes enough data within when it comes to SEO's, titles, description, and high quality images.

These deliverables will be documented with user guides and technical specifications to ensure seamless integration and future maintenance.
