I had the pleasure of working with Megan during her time at Coding Temple, particularly on the Kangaroos AI project. Megan consistently demonstrated a high level of attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and strong frontend development capabilities. From day one, she brought clarity and structure to her work, which made a meaningful impact on the quality and consistency of our codebase. What truly set Megan apart, however, was her remarkable ability to learn and dive straight in. Whether it was adopting new frontend frameworks (Ant Design Framework, a New Favorite of Megan’s), or mastering systems she’d never used before, Megan approached every challenge with curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset. We introduced her to several new tools and workflows, and she quickly became proficient, applying best practices and offering thoughtful solutions. Watching Megan’s skills evolve throughout the project was nice. Her combination of technical proficiency, willingness to learn, and strong collaboration made her a valuable contributor to our team. I am so excited to see where coding will take her. Keep crushing it Megan. Also, I want to put a great word in for Coding Temple. Coding Temple is a fabulous program for those interested in programming to learn real world skills with a great mentor.
